Sumit Anand Art (Sumit Anand, Brisbane) respects your privacy. This policy explains what I collect through this website and how I use it.
What I collect
- Details you give me: your name, email address, the photo you upload, notes about your painting, and a delivery address if you order a print.
- Messages you send through the chat on this website.
- Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate location such as country or city, device type). These do not identify you personally.
How I use it
- To quote, paint and deliver your commission or order, and to email you about it.
- To answer your questions.
- To understand how people use the website so I can improve it.
I do not sell your details, and I do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Services that help run this website
- Cloudflare hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly visit statistics.
- Airtable stores commission requests, orders and enquiries.
- Stripe and PayPal process payments. I never see or store your full card details.
- Anthropic powers the chat assistant. Chat messages are sent to it to generate replies.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to contact me there.
Some of these services may store data outside Australia.
Your photo
Your reference photo is used only to paint your commission. I share the finished painting publicly only if you give permission.
Access and correction
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you. Use the chat or commission form on this website and I will reply by email.
